Welcome to Our Jasmine Tea Selections!

Jasmine teas are created by repeatedly exposing the tea leaves to the sweet smelling aroma of the Jasmine flower blossoms. We use a Pouchong tea as the base for our Jasmine blend. Pouchong tea is produced in a similar manner as green teas, but is allowed to slightly oxidize before being scented with fragrant flowers. After this style of tea is exposed to the floral jasmine flowers, the flowers are removed from the teas. Only the best jasmine teas arrive to you devoid of the actual flower in the tea blend.

Brewing Tips: Our Jasmine teas should be made with cold, filtered water that has been brought to a rolling boil and allowed to cool for just under a minute (170-180° F). Using one rounded teaspoon of loose tea or one teabag for each cup required, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves. This tea should be steeped for 3-4 minutes. Once the ideal brewing time has been reached, the leaves should be removed to prevent further steeping.
