Decaffeinated Black Tea

Decaffeinated Black Tea

Welcome To Our Decaffeinated Black Tea Offering!

Over the years, we have had many customers request a decaffeinated tea offering. Whether you must avoid caffeine for medical reasons or because it doesn’t allow you to get a good night’s rest, this tea is just what you need.

In addition to our naturally caffeine-free herbal tisanes, we are proud to now offer a traditional decaffeinated black tea from Ceylon. Using the method of decaffeination by critical Carbon-Dioxide, this tea is manipulated naturally to remove the caffeine from the leaves. It is a lively cup of tea that, unlike many other decaffeinated teas, tastes great when brewed.

Brewing Tips: Black tea should be made with cold, filtered water that has been brought to a rolling boil (205 degrees F). Using one rounded teaspoon of loose tea or one teabag for each cup required, pour the boiling water over the tea leaves. Black tea should be steeped for 5 minutes.
